Button mapping is available via Xbox Accessories app for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10/11; the Windows app requires a compatible USB-C cable (sold separately or included with Xbox Elite Wireless Controller – Series 2). Windows 10/11 connectivity requires Bluetooth, a compatible USB-C cable, or Xbox Wireless adapter, each sold separately, while Android, iOS, and Bluetooth support select devices and versions with some functionality limitations.

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are assessed in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition.
