Razer Buy & Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern entry into the Razer Buy & Win Promotion (Promotion) run by Monster Merchants Online Limited, trading as Overkill Gaming (Promoter, we, us, our). By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.

1. The Promotion

  1. The Promotion is run by Monster Merchants Online Limited, trading as Overkill Gaming, a company incorporated in New Zealand (NZBN: 9429052197260). Website: overkill.co.nz.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of New Zealand and are 18 years of age or older at the time of the qualifying purchase.

  2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Razer, and any agencies directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entrants must be purchasing as a consumer for personal use, not for resale or on behalf of a business.

  4. The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes does not meet these conditions.

3. Promotional Period

  1. The Promotion runs from 12:00am NZST on 20 July 2026 to 11:59pm NZST on 9 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  1. Any customer who purchases one or more products from the Overkill website during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw per qualifying order.

  2. Multiple qualifying orders placed during the Promotional Period each earn a separate entry (one entry per completed, paid order).

  3. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned in full before the draw date will be removed from the draw.

  4. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to Overkill’s standard sales and privacy terms.

5. The Prize

One (1) prize pack will be awarded, comprising:

  • Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (wireless gaming mouse)

  • Razer BlackWidow V4 Low Profile (wireless mechanical keyboard)

  • Razer Gigantus V2 3XL (soft gaming mouse mat)

  • Razer BlackShark V3 Pro (wireless ANC gaming headset)

  • Razer Seiren V3 Mini (USB microphone)

  • Razer Kiyo V2 X (streaming webcam)

Total approximate retail value: over NZD $1,000. This value is indicative only and may vary between retailers and over time. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable. If any item becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  1. One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within 5 business days of the Promotional Period closing.

  2. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw, using the contact details held on their Overkill account or order.

  3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 days of the first notification attempt, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter may select another winner by the same random process.

  4. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. With the winner’s consent, their first name and city/region may be published on Overkill and/or Razer’s website and social media channels.

7. General Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent conduct.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulator.

  3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

  4. This Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion in connection with the sale of goods, with entry via purchase at the normal retail price and no additional charge for entry.

8. Privacy

  1. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion (name, contact details, order information) will be used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion, including contacting and announcing the winner, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Overkill’s Privacy Policy (https://www.overkill.co.nz/pages/privacy-policy). It will not be used for other marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in.

9. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
