4. How to Enter
-
To enter the Promotion, eligible customers must place a qualifying pre-order for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) with Overkill during the Promotional Period.
-
No separate entry, application, or additional payment beyond the pre-order itself is required. Entry is automatic.
-
Each qualifying pre-order placed during the Promotional Period earns one (1) entry into the draw. Customers who place more than one qualifying pre-order will receive an additional entry for each.
-
A qualifying pre-order means a pre-order for GTA VI placed with Overkill during the Promotional Period in accordance with Overkill's standard pre-order terms.
-
Pre-orders that are cancelled or refunded in full before the draw date will be removed from the draw.
-
Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will be disqualified.
-
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received due to technical or other issues.
5. Prize

-
The Prize has a total value of NZD $1,000 at the time these Terms were published.
-
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
-
Gift cards are subject to Overkill's standard gift card terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry.
-
If the Prize or any component becomes unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draw and Winner Selection
-
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within 5 business days of the Closing Date.
-
The random draw will be conducted using a verifiably random selection method (e.g. random.org). The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of the draw.
-
The Promoter's selection of the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
-
If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to claim the Prize within the timeframe specified in clause 7.3, or does not comply with these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
7. Winner Notification
-
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw, using the contact details held on their Overkill account or order.
-
The winner will be required to confirm their eligibility and contact details within seven (7) days of the notification being sent. The Promoter is not responsible for notifications that are not received due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or other technical issues.
-
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification being sent, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted in accordance with clause 6.4.
8. Prize Announcement and Publicity

The Promoter will provide reasonable notice of any such change where practicable.
-
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by an entrant or any third party in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
