Additional notes (optional)

If they charge for delivery, tell us how much.

I confirm the competitor is an authorised New Zealand retailer, the item is in stock there, it’s the exact same product (matching brand, model and SKU), and it’s a publicly advertised price, not a marketplace listing or member-only price. While we will do our very best to price match, on occasion it may not always be possible. Note: Price match requests for sale / clearance items from another retailer are at our discretion.

Description

The MOZA R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base combines sustained 16 Nm torque with a high-density flat-wire motor, a 21-bit magnetic encoder and a 600 MHz processor.

The full technical source material adds important functions beyond the standard specifications: Algorithm U1 tuning, native iRacing 360 Hz force feedback, Wheel LFE, interpolation, Game FFB Decoupling, intelligent thermal management, hands-off protection, a high-durability slip ring and dedicated MOZA peripheral ports.

All-new Zero-cogging Flat-wire Motor
MOZA's next-generation custom flat-wire motor offers 12% higher torque density than similarly sized competitors. With true zero cogging, it ensures ultra-smooth rotation and faithfully recreates the smooth mechanical torque transitions of a real steering system.
16 Nm of constant torque
Greater motor headroom delivers consistent, reliable force feedback performance throughout the session.
21-bit Magnetic Encoder
With a high-resolution 21-bit magnetic encoder with 2.09 million points of resolution, the R16 Ultra delivers exceptional precision, finer force feedback detail, and a more realistic driving experience.
Refined Design with RGB Customization
Dual RGB light strips along the top edges offer 16.7 million colors and fully customizable lighting effects, including real-time telemetry feedback for ABS, traction control, gear shifts, and flag signals.
Nexgen Force Feedback - Algorithm U1 Support
The R16 Ultra combines powerful hardware and advanced software to deliver more realistic force feedback and finer tuning control.
Intelligent Thermal Management
A fully upgraded cooling system with real-time temperature monitoring and smart torque regulation keeps the base running cooler, even under sustained high torque.
Versatile Mounting Options
Supports bottom, front, and side mounting to accommodate a wide range of rigs.
Fully customisable via MOZA Pit House
Force feedback curves (presets or your own), force interpolation for finer surface detail, and independent tuning of spring, damper and friction without affecting vibration or game-based effects.
Xbox compatible
When used with the ESX Steering Wheel
