Description
Final Fantasy XVI thrusts you into the dark fantasy realm of Valisthea, where the fate of nations hangs on the power of Eikons and their Dominants. You play as Clive Rosfield, sworn protector of his brother Joshua who wields the Phoenix Eikon, before tragedy forces him into a revenge quest against the catastrophic Dark Eikon Ifrit. This is a gritty, mature narrative grounded in realism.
- Titanic Clashes between rival Dominants trigger epic Eikon-versus-Eikon battles
- Eikonic Action combat lets Clive harness powers from multiple Eikons for dynamic, breakneck sequences
- A True Dark Fantasy with a grounded, realistic narrative tone
- Explore a stunning world fractured by war between competing nations
Final Fantasy XVI delivers console action RPG depth on PS5, with large-scale battles and rich world-building that define the franchise's legacy. This PlayStation 5 adventure combines the tactical Eikon-switching gameplay with the narrative maturity that modern Final Fantasy fans demand.
