Additional notes (optional)

If they charge for delivery, tell us how much.

I confirm the competitor is an authorised New Zealand retailer, the item is in stock there, it’s the exact same product (matching brand, model and SKU), and it’s a publicly advertised price, not a marketplace listing or member-only price. While we will do our very best to price match, on occasion it may not always be possible. Note: Price match requests for sale / clearance items from another retailer are at our discretion.

Description

RETURN TO THE BEGINNING

The original Culdcept was released in 1997; a combination of digital board game and deck building, it saw numerous sequels, but that very first game never left Japan, until now!

Humanity was prosperous on the continent of Bablashca. But when mysterious stone tablets appear - fragments of the powerful ancient book, Culdcept - chaos and conflict follow.

A lone youth arises to bring peace to the land, and you get to follow along!

ROLL THE DICE
Culdcept The First uses a die (or two sometimes!) to move around the game board, with the aim of gathering a target amount of magic, then returning to the castle to win.
OVER 300 CARDS
If an opponent lands on your space, they can either pay a toll or attack your creature with one of their own. In these battles, players can also use special item cards to maximize their chances of winning. Your deck or “book,” consists of 50 cards of various types, with a total of over 300!
NEW FEATURES
- Rewind: Jump back in time.
- Quick Save & Load: available anytime during the game.
- Bonus Pack: Get more reward cards after a match.
- Reveal Hands: Keep an eye on yours hand and your opponents'.
