Description
Sonic Superstars brings classic 2D Sonic high-speed sidescrolling action to PS5 with fully 3D graphics and a fresh take on what made the series iconic. Adventure through the mystical Northstar Islands as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, or Amy, each with unique abilities, to stop Dr. Eggman, Fang, and a mysterious new adversary from converting the islands' giant animals into Badniks. Harness all-new Emerald powers that let you multiply, swim up waterfalls, slow time, and uncover hidden secrets in never-before-seen environments.
- Play through the entire campaign with up to 3 other players using drop-in and drop-out 4-player local co-op
- Four playable characters - Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy - each with distinct abilities
- Battle Mode supports up to 8 players in local and online competition
- New Chaos Emerald powers add dynamic movement and attack options
- Gorgeous 3D environments across the Northstar Islands setting
Sonic Superstars for PS5 reimagines the classic platforming formula with new powers, characters, and cooperative gameplay options. This is Sonic like you've never played before.
